At Kosh Kulture, every garment is thoughtfully crafted and carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Returns

As all our products undergo a thorough inspection process and everything is carefully crafted and checked before sending out the parcel, Hence, we do not accept returns. 

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges and product exchange subject to availability without any questions asked within 72 hours of delivery. 

Conditions for exchange:

• Exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
  
• All tags and packaging must be intact - with the original tags. If tags are removed or damaged, we consider the product sold and un-returnable.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

• Alternative product option of the same size

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased on sale or discount
• Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
  

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
